Bright colors in the paintings of the artist Bocharov E.V.

 

Many artists were inspired by nature and used different techniques to convey all its beauty and diversity. I would like to introduce you to the works of our contemporary, Evgeny Valerievich Bocharov.


The artist was born in Tula in 1965. He studied at the Tula Children's Art School named after Polenov, where his father, Valery Ivanovich Bocharov, a well-known artist and teacher in Tula, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, taught for a long time.


In 1987, Evgeny graduated from the Moscow Academic Art School in Memory of 1905, he studied at the painting and pedagogical department.


Since then, he has been engaged in painting, book graphics, interior design, worked as a set designer at the Mosfilm film studio, etc.

He is a member of the creative association - the association "Art of the Peoples of the World", worked on a voluntary basis in the museum of modern art - the gallery "Nikor". His sphere of activity is the organization of exhibitions of modern artists and the creation of people's museums.

In 2012, he worked at the Chinese Cultural Center "He Dao" in Moscow, giving lectures and practical classes on traditional Chinese painting.


The founder of the center is Li Min, a hereditary master of taijiquan. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at Moscow State University, is a wushu instructor, and a public and cultural figure in terms of intercultural Russian-Chinese dialogue.


The work of E. Bocharov is a copy of a painting by a 19th century artist, France, Theodore Rousseau, landscape, forest lake.




For a series of paintings of the Namibian cycle, he received a prize - the Golden Horse Cup, as the best artist of 2019 and 2020 according to YotradeTV.

































In 2024, the artist was engaged in the restoration of the paintings of the Epiphany Cathedral in the Ryazan Kremlin. The works of Evgeny Bocharov were acquired by the embassies of Namibia and Zimbabwe, and some paintings are also stored in museums in cities of Russia and Belarus.
